Rules of Magic

1.   Never reveal a secret, except to another magician.

2.   Always practice a trick before performing it for an audience.

3.   Never repeat a trick. The first time you are entertaining, the second time you are teaching.

      I agree. There are a few more. One of the things I will add to this section is the principles of magic.

    I have those three on a sheet I give to magician's and another one I have is that the story (patter) is just as important as the trick.

      Yes, the patter can provide a reason for the magic to happen.
